Terms and Conditions
At Doggie Solutions we are committed to giving you high quality products at the best possible prices and 1st class service. Every effort will be made to despatch all orders received before 3pm that day. Although we try to keep all of our products in stock on the occasions we do not have your ordered product you will be contacted by E-Mail or Telephone to advise you of anticipated delivery.
If any product purchased from Doggiesolutions.co.uk is found to be faulty or damaged in transit we will either replace or refund the product at the customers discretion. All returns must be notified to Doggiesolutions.co.uk prior to return within 14 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer ordering an item from Doggiesolutions.co.uk in error and through no fault of Doggiesolutions.co.uk we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Doggie Solutions within 14 days unused and in saleable condition. We reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
All goods remain the property of Doggie Solutions, until payment is received in full.
Hire or Buy schemes
Products offering hire or buy.
If within the first six weeks of purchasing the product you decide you wish to return it; upon its return you will receive your original purchase price, less six weeks rental, consumables, postage, and damage, fair wear and tear excepted.
Rental Schemes
When you rent a product you will initially be charged Fifteen weeks rental, when you return the product you will receive a refund of fifteen weeks rental minus the amount of weeks, that you have had possession of the item, less any damage, fair wear and tear excepted.
Rental products will always remain the property of Doggie Solutions. After fifteen weeks rental charges will continue at the originally agreed rate, until the item is returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
