Although all Dynavet Collars come with 2 years warranty and should provide you with many years of trouble free use, Our service department offers a full service option for collars out of their warranty period should it be required. Our servicing includes a 3 month Doggie Solutions warranty and free return delivery. If you feel your Dynavet Collar would benefit from a service please call our service department on 0845 241 6897 (opening Times Monday-Friday 10 am to 2 pm), Or alternatively return your collar unit and remote control to:
